ANCIENT EGYPT

	What sort of a place is Egypt? What does it look like? Might it be easy to live there or might life be difficult?
	The Egyptians used a kind of writing called Hieroglyphics. We know a lot about them because we discovered how to read their writing.
	The Ancient Egyptians told of their Gods, their rulers and their way of life through painting on walls. Look at some of the paintings, then try D.I.Y wall painting or Sliding Blocks (New)
	We can find out about how the Ancient Egyptians lived by looking at some of the objects that they left behind.
	This is the great temple at Abu Simbel. The Egyptians just hacked it out of the mountain. Come and discover its wonders.
